Current offers & conditions

This page lists all offers currently available on www.strap-on-me.com, along with their terms. These terms supplement our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Our current offers

1. Free delivery on orders of €69 or more

Delivery is free on orders of at least €69 including VAT to mainland France, Monaco, Andorra, the United Kingdom and the European countries we serve, as listed on our Delivery and returns page.

For Australia and other international destinations we serve, delivery is free on orders of €119 including VAT or more.

  • The minimum spend includes VAT, excludes delivery charges and is calculated after any discounts (promotional codes or price reductions) have been applied.
  • The offer is applied automatically to your basket; no code is needed.
  • If a partial return brings the value of the items kept below the free-delivery threshold, no delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Get 15% off your next order when you sign up to the newsletter

Anyone who signs up to the strap-on-me® newsletter receives a 15% discount code by email for their next order.

  • Offer reserved for new subscribers and limited to one use per person (same email address, delivery address or payment method).
  • The code has no expiry date.
  • Discount applies to the price of the items, excluding delivery charges.
  • The code can be used on already discounted items, except for the “Ejaculating dildo + free 70 ml Creamy® intimate gel” offer: the 15% discount code cannot be used on an order benefiting from this offer.
  • This code cannot be combined with another promotional code.
  • No minimum purchase is required.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email; doing so does not invalidate a code you have already received if it is still valid.

3. Last Chance collection

The Dernière chance collection brings together end-of-line items at reduced prices.

  • Offer valid while stocks last.
  • These items carry the same statutory protections (conformity and hidden defects) and the same right of withdrawal as other products.

4. Limited-time promotions and special offers

Limited-time promotions (sales, French Days, Black Friday, private sales, launch offers…) may be held throughout the year. The specific conditions for each promotion (start and end dates, eligible products, discount amount and any required code) are set out on this page and in the promotional communications.

Current offer: a free 70 ml Creamy® intimate gel with the purchase of an ejaculating dildo

  • Duration: offer valid while stocks of the free intimate gel last.
  • Eligible products: items in the Dildos éjaculateurs collection.
  • Buy any ejaculating dildo and receive a free 70 ml Creamy® intimate gel. It is added to your basket automatically; no code is needed.
  • Only one free intimate gel per order, regardless of the number of ejaculating dildos purchased.
  • This offer cannot be combined with the 15% newsletter welcome code.
  • If the ejaculating dildo is returned, the customer may keep the free intimate gel; it does not need to be returned.

General conditions applying to all offers

Reference price

In accordance with Article L.112-1-1 of the French Consumer Code, any advertised price reduction is calculated from the reference price, which is the lowest price charged by strap-on-me® during the 30 days before the reduction was applied. Where successive reductions are made during the same promotion, the reference price remains the price charged before the first reduction.

Duration and availability

  • Offers are valid for the period stated for each one and, unless otherwise indicated, while stocks last.
  • The promotional price applies to any order confirmed during the offer period.
  • Offers with no end date remain valid until they are removed from this page; strap-on-me® reserves the right to change or end them at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Combining offers

  • Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with one another or, unless otherwise stated, used on already discounted products.
  • Free delivery can be combined with other offers, provided the basket total after discounts meets the required threshold.

Using codes

  • Enter codes in the designated field at checkout; no code can be applied once an order has been confirmed.
  • Codes are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • strap-on-me® reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of fraudulent or abusive use of an offer (creating multiple accounts, reselling, etc.).

Returns and refunds

Items bought as part of an offer can be returned within 30 days of receipt, under the same conditions as other products. If you return an item bought on sale or with a discount code, your refund will be based on the price you actually paid. A code that has been used will not be reissued, except as a goodwill gesture. Full details of our returns policy are available on our Delivery and returns page.

The offers on this page are valid exclusively on www.strap-on-me.com and do not apply to purchases made through our retailers or third-party marketplaces.
